Duygu Hatipoglu was born in Ankara in 1969 and graduated from T.E.D. Ankara College in 1986. She later continued to receive her education at Middle Eastern Technical Universities Faculty of Science and Literature, where she studied Sociology and graduated in 1990.
After graduating, she showed prominent work in many aspects of her field. After becoming a mother in 2002, she made the decision to take a leave of absence in order to focus on her daughter. During this period, she also had the opportunity to become involved in the healthy development and education of children and become well-versed on these topics.
To achieve her desire to gain a better understanding of the aforementioned subjects, she attended many seminars and courses in the field of pedagogies. Since completing her “Psycho-social Development in Children” course and her “Foreign Language Education in Children” course, developed by Oxford, she has continued to work in these areas.
